The Rich Honour Design Group, founded in June 1977, started from architectural design and construction management and later entered the field of interior design. With its five subsidiary companies and international branches, Rich Honour plays a leading role in the interior design industry. From 1981, this interior design giant started to co-work with foreign designers from European countries, Japan and Hong Kong, etc. on commercial interior design and construction projects, especially for luxury brands, department stores, hotels and clubs. Beyond any doubt, Rich Honour has a lot of experience of managing creativity, space use, style, and quality control.
Project Overview
K&S Inform assisted Rich Honour with implementing Dynamics NAV, Microsoft’s enterprise resource planning system. The solution was launched in February 2009 at the Shanghai office and January 2010 at the Jiaxing offce. The new solutions have retained the stability of the original systems, while at the same time dramatically accelerating internal information processing with the fast and flexible ERP system. Data that used to take administration assistants several days to collect can now be compiled into analysis reports in less than 10 minutes.

Project scope:
ERP module of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and the import module includes general ledger, a/her/her/her or her/ e.g. project management, budget control, and personnel payroll. The system is integrated with the PDM system after it is online.
The scope of project import is applied to the project department, contract procurement department, finance department, management department, research and development and design department of the overseas Chinese design department.
